lISTING tERMS

rIGHTS wARRANTY

You warrant that you are the rightful owner or authorized representative of the artwork listed on [aRTS]. By submitting a listing, you confirm that you hold all necessary rights, titles, and permissions to offer the work for sale or display through this platform.

aUTHENTICITY aTTESTATION

You attest that all information provided in your listing is accurate and that the artwork is authentic. Misrepresentation of authorship, provenance, medium, dimensions, or condition may result in immediate removal of the listing and suspension of your account.

cOMMISSION tERMS

[aRTS] applies a commission on each successful sale facilitated through the platform. Rates are determined by the seller's membership tier at the time of sale:

aUDIENCE (free) — 20% commission
aLLY (€0.55/mo) — 15% commission
BRIGaDIER (€3.3/mo) — 10% commission
CURaTOR (€33/mo) — 7% commission

Commission is automatically deducted at the time of sale. The remaining balance is paid out to the seller's connected Stripe account within 2–3 business days.

pAYMENT pROCESSING

All payments are processed by Stripe. To receive payouts, sellers must connect a Stripe Express account. During onboarding, Stripe collects identity and banking information directly — [aRTS] does not see, store, or process any financial or identity data. Stripe acts as the payment processor and is subject to its own Privacy Policy and Connected Account Agreement.

pAYOUT tIMELINE

Seller payouts are initiated automatically by Stripe following a confirmed sale. Funds typically arrive within 2–3 business days via the seller's connected bank account. [aRTS] does not hold funds — all payment splitting is handled by Stripe at the time of the transaction.

rEFUNDS

Buyers may request a refund within 14 days of purchase by contacting [aRTS] via the TaLK page. If a refund is granted, the full purchase amount is returned to the buyer. The platform commission is non-refundable on refunded sales; however, [aRTS] reserves the right to waive this on a case-by-case basis.

lIABILITY

[aRTS] facilitates transactions between buyers and sellers via Stripe. While [aRTS] acts as the platform connecting parties, all payment processing and fund distribution is handled by Stripe. [aRTS] does not guarantee the completion, quality, or outcome of any transaction and assumes no liability for disputes, damages, or losses arising from dealings between parties.

rEMOVAL

[aRTS] reserves the right to remove any listing that violates these terms, infringes on intellectual property rights, contains misleading information, or is otherwise deemed inappropriate at the sole discretion of the platform.

sESSION dATA & iDENTITY

By submitting a listing, you acknowledge that your [aRTS] member identity — authenticated via Google or Apple — is associated with the submission for the purposes of provenance tracking, communication, and moderation. Your OAuth identifier is stored in hashed form only. Your IP address is logged at the time of listing submission for fraud prevention and audit purposes. This data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
