[aRTS] Bot Operations provides automated agents that monitor listings, flag opportunities, and surface intelligence across art markets and trade networks. By activating bot services you agree to these terms and the privacy conditions set out below.

Bot Operations processes only data you explicitly direct it to. No background collection occurs. All analysis is performed on publicly available or member-provided sources.
Your preference profile is stored locally in your browser session. No data is transmitted to external servers beyond the sources you instruct the bot to query. Session data is cleared on logout or tab close.
05 — aUTHORIZED uSE
Bot Operations is provided exclusively for member use within the [aRTS] platform. Redistribution, reverse engineering, or use for bulk data harvesting outside the platform is prohibited. Misuse may result in immediate revocation of member access.
06 — lIABILITY
Intelligence surfaces by bots is for informational purposes only. [aRTS] accepts no liability for decisions made on the basis of bot-generated reports. Market data may be incomplete or delayed.
07 — cONTENT mODERATION
The Content Moderator bot scans images submitted with art listings prior to publication. All analysis occurs within the [aRTS] platform. Flagged content is surfaced inline within the listing itself — moderation notices are not routed to external services, email, or third-party systems. Listings flagged for violation are held for moderator review before going live. Submitters are notified through the platform only.
08 — cHANGES
These terms may be updated. Continued use of Bot Operations following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. You will be prompted to re-accept on material changes.
